A legal consultation is an initial meeting with an attorney that achieves two things for a client. First, it helps you evaluate whether you have an actionable legal issue. It also helps you decide whether to hire that attorney to represent you in a your particular legal matter. Before consulting with an attorney you should make sure that you properly prepare for the consultation by gathering any and all documents that are relevant to your case.

The attorney uses the consultation to determine if they can legally and competently represent you based on the information that you provide them.

Hamed Law has flexible consultations fees:

• Virtual, 15 minutes (Free)
• Virtual, 1 hour ($200)
• Virtual, 1+ hours ($375)
• In-Person ($375)

It is important to note that an initial legal consultation does not mean that Hamed Law is officially representing you or has taken on your case. Once you have decided to retain Hamed Law, there will be a written representation agreement signed by both you and the attorney.
